Passion For Photography
Our journey at Special Events Photo Booths began with a simple yet powerful realisation: life’s most precious moments are fleeting, yet the joy they bring can last a lifetime when captured perfectly. I, Jag Mann, founded this company with a deep-seated passion for photography and a desire to bring people together. My fascination with photography started in my childhood, I was always the one in the family with a camera always by my side. It taught me the power of a single image to tell a story, evoke emotions, and preserve memories.
However, events took me on a different path career wise. I worked for over 10 years in the IT industry but I still held a strong passion for photography and attended college to hone my photography skills.
Fast forward and I joined the family chauffeur hire business. A large market for us was providing wedding cars. For years I was always outside the wedding venue ensuring the bride arrived to her wedding in style. As much as I enjoyed this and found this very rewarding I was always inquisitive as to what it would be like providing a service inside the wedding venue. In addition to this my role at the chauffeur business meant I was dealing with a lot business clients.
Unique Blend Of Joy and Innovation
After 15 years of successfully running the family chauffeur hire business and building the amazing team to run the business my mind started wondering on what the next challenge should be.
After extensive research including market size the idea of a photo booth hire company was born. Then we started experimenting with technology, researching different types of photo booths, cameras and printers as well as understanding our potential customer needs. Special Events Photo Booths was born. Our first event was a small party at home. The laughter and happiness that filled our booth were not just a confirmation of our concept but also a testament to the power of shared experiences.
Since then, we’ve been on a mission to bring this unique blend of joy, innovation, and quality to events across the region. At Special Events Photo Booths we are more than just a service; we are a team that believes in capturing life’s moments with a touch of magic and a lot of love. Our future is bright and exciting.
